Developed alongside mentor Nick Jaques, this 3-pillar framework combines on-court skill development with practical everyday habits.

1. Competence (Work Ethic & Skill)

  • On Court: Real competence grows through 5 core habits: Respect, Train, Compete, Team, and Explore. As players practice independently and apply these values on and off court, their technical, tactical, and mental skills develop naturally.
  • Life Value: Proves to young athletes that capability and confidence are earned through consistent effort and structured habits, never shortcuts.

2. Autonomy (Taking Ownership)

  • On Court: Encourages players to drive their own journey, from carrying their own equipment and showing up early, to tracking home practice on our custom apps and organising friendly matches.
  • Life Value: Builds practical self-reliance and personal accountability, getting kids to take initiative without relying on constant adult supervision.

3. Purpose (Growth Through Competition)

  • On Court: Competition gives players a reason to train. The focus is on embracing the challenge, honoring opponents, and giving 100% effort, where personal growth matters far more than just the scoreboard.
